I write the posts, curate the shop shelf, read every message, and obsess over whether the tone feels right. My background is in loving people through hard things and taking very detailed notes.
(a) about us
I started Glow and Grow because I needed it myself. During treatment, my skin changed almost weekly: dry, sensitive, sore, suddenly reactive to products I'd used for years. I spent too much money on too many things and still felt overwhelmed. So I began collecting what actually helped — the gentle cleansers, the soft balms, the routines that didn't ask too much of me — and sharing them with anyone else sitting in the same boat.

(b) the team
We're not a big company. We're a small circle of people who care deeply about making this space honest, warm, and useful.

The real experts here are the people living it. Members share stories, tips, product finds, and 'me too' moments that make this place feel like a kitchen table rather than a website.

I check product claims against dermatology basics and keep a clear line: this site shares experience, not medical advice. Always talk to your own care team before trying something new.
(c) our history
A list of products that didn't sting, plus a few that did. Just for me.
I shared the note, then a doc, then a little site. It turned out lots of people wanted the same honesty.
Member stories became the heart of the community — real experiences, not polished reviews.
A cozy corner with curated products, treatment tips, journal posts, and a growing table of people cheering each other on.
(d) what we value
We share what didn't work, not just the wins. Real life is messier than an Instagram routine, and that's okay.
Some days, washing your face is enough. We celebrate small steps here.
Every skin story is welcome. Every treatment path is valid. There's no single right way to glow.
